    A fresh, sparkling wine, Pelorus Brut NV is a chardonnay-dominant blend of selected vintages. Its subtlety and elegance make it the perfect choice for any occasion. Apple-crisp flavours complement a nutty, yeasty complexity derived from a two-year bottle maturation on lees. Sophisticated and layered, Pelorus sets the benchmark for Marlborough sparkling wines.

  • Blend and Origin

    Cloudy Bay Pelorus Brut Non Vintage

    The grapes for this blend of chardonnay (60%) and pinot noir (40%) are grown on vines planted in free-draining, gravel-based soil. The grapes are pressed, not crushed, and the juice is given only a short time to settle before 80% is fermented in stainless-steel tanks and 20% in old French oak barrels. The wine is matured in bottle for two years to add layers of complexity.
