Blush pink.
Aromas of citrus and wild herbs abound.
On the palate, expect an impression of lightness with a minerality that leads to a distinctive freshness, enhanced by salinity.
Oenologist, Minuty
It's made from a blend of ripe, hand-picked grapes from three terroirs – grenache, which accounts for 80% of the blend to intensify the wine’s body, is rounded off by syrah (10%), cinsault (5%) and tibouren (5%).
All grapes are grown with HEV (High Environmental Value) certification with specific ground cover based on soil type and exposure.
After harvest and pressing, free-run wine is run off into barrels by gravity then carefully racked before undergoing alcoholic fermentation with stringent temperature control.
As with all Minuty rosé, there is no malolactic fermentation.
Rosé et Or's delicacy and body means it can be paired with a variety of dishes as it helps to bring out the spices. Try it with seafood such as oysters, prawns and shellfish, and exotic or Asian dishes such as pad thai. It also works beautifully with the creamy sauce and chicken in a Caesar salad, is ideal with a classic starter such as melon and Parma ham, and goes well with bouillabaisse. To finish, serve with fresh and young hard cheese and tropical fruit sorbet for dessert.
