Blend and Origin
A blend of grenache, cinsault, syrah and vermentino from mostly old vines grown in La Motte in Provence. The grapes are de-stemmed and lightly crushed at a low temperature to avoid oxidation. Stainless-steel vinification helps to preserve the wine's fruitiness, while bâtonnage – the process of stirring up the lees – adds body.
