Blend and Origin
2007 Château Cheval Blanc, Saint-Emiliion
The growing season in Bordeaux in 2007 was a challenging one. After warm weather in April led to early flowering, the weather deteriorated. Fortunately, careful attention in the vineyard protected the grapes from mildew and grey rot, and ideal weather in September allowed the grapes to ripen fully. Ageing in 100% new oak barrels helped to impart complexity and texture to this blend of 53% cabernet franc and 47% merlot.
This product can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age.
