BLEND AND ORIGIN:
Chandon Brut Rosé Argentina
Crafted from a blend of quality grapes harvested from high-altitude vineyards ranging from 1200 to 1450 metres above sea level in Argentina's Mendoza region.
The assemblage is mostly made up of chardonnay (59%) and pinot noir (39%) for a fresh and silky finish.
Unusually for a sparkling rosé, there's a very small amount of malbec (2%) in the mix, bringing aromatic flavour and a seductive finish as well as its characteristic pink hue.
After fermentation in stainless-steel tanks and time spent on lees, the wine is aged for three months in the bottle.
