Champagne from our cellar

While fewer than 5% of champagnes are crafted solely from white grapes, fewer still are made only from black. These blanc de noirs champagnes are made using the two varietals permitted within the Champagne appellation – pinot noir and meunier.
The blanc de noirs cuvées from our collection could not be more different. The rare Krug Clos d’Ambonnay is made only in some vintages, using pinot noir from a single walled plot and aged for 12 years. Far more accessible, Mercier’s non-vintage Blanc de Noirs is a fresh pinot noir and meunier blend.
