Details
A pleasing combination of bright summer fruit flavours from the sauvignon blanc grape and a generous texture from the semillon, this well-balanced white wine from Australia's Margaret River region is zesty and fresh with great minerality and a slight creaminess.
The Pale’s design-forward label, inspired by early illustrations from The New Yorker magazine, evokes the vibrancy, exuberance and glamour of the 1920s. Meanwhile, the Art Deco design of the bottle's punt refracts light, giving it a dazzling style.

BLEND & ORIGIN WINES

BLEND AND ORIGIN:
Caves d'Esclans The Pale 2021

A blend of grenache, rolle, syrah and cinsault grapes grown on vines that face the Mediterranean coast.

The Var region gets plenty of sunshine that helps with ripening and also cooling sea breezes that keep the wines tasting fresh.

Grapes are harvested overnight to preserve the refreshing aromas and to prevent oxidation, while the wine is left in contact with its lees in stainless steel – giving it a creamy texture – before being bottled.
