  • Blend and Origin

Shiraz (99%) and a touch of viognier (1%), grown on Margaret River vines between 16 and 44 years of age, were used to craft this excellent vintage. Hand-picked and partially destemmed, the grapes were traditionally fermented and matured in small barriques to encourage the pleasant floral notes of the varietal to shine through in the wine.
