Details
Cabernet Sauvignon has a long history in Australia's Margaret River region; the first plantings in the 1970s were very successful. Since then the grape has been central to Cape Mentelle's winemaking.
Gently hand-harvested grapes and careful vine pruning ensure that this grape will continue to produce superior Margaret River wines. This wine's fruit intensity will develop beautifully over time.
