Bodega Numanthia Termanthia 2014
Made from 100% fully ripened tinta de toro grapes from low-yielding, old vines growing in an extreme climate, this balanced vintage is the result of 2014's abundant rainfalls in April and May, followed by a tempered summer.
A long, careful maceration and fermentation followed, with extended time on skins to extract maximum tannin, flavour and colour.

Serve with rich, savoury and smoky dishes
Foie gras or foie gras mi-cuit served on crispbreads with warm fruit and a sweet sherry reduction.
