From Spain's celebrated Toro region, this fresh, elegant and expressive tinta de toro is a blend of the finest grapes from the estate's best parcels, matured in French oak. Time and patience were key with this vintage. A long harvest and careful ageing – in barrel and in bottle – have ensured the optimum balance between fruity intensity and mineral freshness. -
How to enjoy
- The perfect serve - Decant three to four hours before serving to experience the wine’s precise flavours at their peak

Blend and Origin
The 100% tinta de toro grapes for this wine withstood a hot summer, with each parcel reaching optimum ripeness at a different stage of the long harvest. Hand-harvested, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel, then aged 18 months in French oak (60% new) before blending. The resulting wine was aged a further 24 months in the bottle.
