Seasonal Belvedere Cocktails At Home

If you like your cocktails with a conscience, then it’s time to explore Belevdere vodka’s new seasonal Super Cocktail Range – each tailored to the time of year. To celebrate the natural world, Belvedere has come up with eight easy cocktails championing locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Picked at the peak of ripeness and fresher without food miles, these ingredients are better for the planet, while showcasing the vodka’s trademark taste. For autumn, think carrot’s earthy sweetness, while a wintry serve resounds with deep beetroot tastes. There are green, grassy notes of kale and avocado for spring and fragrant melon for summer. The only question is, can you wait four seasons to try them all?
Autumn Super Cocktail: Turmeric

Long and refreshing, featuring a herbal minty note, with predominant hints of ginger spice marrying with Belvedere Vodka.
- 40 mL Belvedere Vodka
- 30 mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 20 mL Honey Syrup
- 60 mL Moroccan Mint Tea
- 60 mL Ginger Beer
- 1 Dash of Turmeric
- Orange Blossom Water (optional)
- Mint Sprig
Place all ingredients into shaker except for soda water. Strain into highball glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint sprig and spritz with orange blossom water.
Autumn Super Cocktail: Carrot

Belvedere Vodka features a long and earthy cocktail rich in umami notes, offering hints of citrus and floral sweetness, with an undertone of root spice.
- 45 mL Belvedere Vodka
- 150 mL Fresh Carrot Juice
- 20 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Bar Spoon Miso or Dashi Powder
- 1/2 Bar Spoon Ginger or Ginger Syrup
- 1 Dash of Chili Flakes
- 7 mL Honey Syrup
- Carrot stem or chili flakes for garnish
Shake all ingredients with two ice cubes. Strain into highball glass over fresh ice and garnish with carrot stem / chili flakes.
Winter Super Cocktail: Kombucha

A refreshing, sharp drink with a hint of effervescence and light citrus acidity, complemented by the round texture of Belvedere Vodka.
- 40 mL Belvedere Vodka
- 15 mL Honey
- 20 mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 60 mL Kombucha
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- Lime Wheel
Place all ingredients in shaker except Kombucha and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe and top of with ice cold kombucha.
Winter Super Cocktail: Beetroot

An earthy combination of Belvedere Vodka, beetroot, orchard apple and ginger spice.
- 40 mL Belvedere Vodka
- 60 mL Fresh Baby Beet Juice
- 20 mL Ginger Syrup
- 20 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 30 mL Pressed Apple Juice
- Lemon Wheel or Beetroot Slice for garnish
Place all ingredients into shaker and shake. Fine strain into coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel or a beetroot slice.
Spring Super Cocktail: Kale

A bold drink, packed with grassy vegetal flavours , balanced out with fresh citrus acidity and the smooth taste of Belvedere Vodka.
- 60 mL Belvedere Vodka
- 15 g Curly Kale
- 15 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 g Ginger
- 280 g Cucumber
- 55 g Granny Smith Apples
- 55 g Celery Stalks
- Dry Kale for Garnish
Place all ingredients into a juice maker and mix. Then place into shaker and shake. Fine strain into rocks glass. Garnish with dry kale.
Spring Super Cocktail: Avocado

Belvedere Vodka matched with big, green, savoury flavors; followed by an underlying sweetness and acidity of pineapple.
- 60 mL Belvedere Vodka
- 2 Avocado Slices
- 15 mL Coconut Milk
- 20 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 7 mL Honey Syrup
- 15 mL Fresh Pineapple Juice
- Coconut Chips and Chili Flakes for Garnish
Build in shaker. Shake with ice and fine strain into Collins cocktail. Garnish with coconut chips and chili flakes.
Summer Super Cocktail: Matcha

A rich cocktail with a bold, vegetal dryness that complements the nuttiness of Belvedere Vodka, finished with a lingering sweetness.
- 60 mL Belvedere Vodka
- 20 mL Honey Syrup
- 20 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 60 mL Matcha Tea
- Soda Water or Natural Ginger Beer
- Ginger Slice for Garnish
Shake all ingredients and strain into highball glass over fresh ice and garnish with ginger slice.
Summer Super Cocktail: Cantaloupe

A delicious mix of Belvedere Vodka, cantaloupe and citrus, finished with a light yet sweet florality .
- 40 mL Belvedere Vodka
- 15 mL Lavender Honey
- 20 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 60 mL Fresh Cantaloupe Juice
- 90 mL Soda Water
- Melon Ball and Mint Sprig for Garnish
Shake all ingredients and strain into a Rocks glass. Garnish with a melon ball and mint sprig.
