Belvedere Rubin Cocktail

Originally born as a way to effectively dilute wine, the ever-popular Spritz has been around since the time of Ancient Greece. Since then it has certainly become more sophisticated and with many more variations, of which the Belvedere Rubin is one. This elegant and approachable spritz serve, with sweet vermouth and cold green tea brings subtle wine notes while the blend of citrus juices gives a level of complexity to this refreshing session cocktail.


Single Serve Ingredients:

  • 50 mL Belvedere vodka
  • 25 mL sweet vermouth
  • 50 mL orange juice
  • 50 mL grapefruit juice
  • 35 mL green tea
  • 35 mL tonic water
  • Grapefruit slice, to garnish

Single Serve Method:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a lowball glass, filled with ice. Stir gently, and garnish with a lemon shell and edible flowers.

Brunch Jar Batch Ingredients:

  • 240 mL Belvedere vodka
  • 240 mL sweet vermouth
  • 240 mL pink grapefruit juice
  • 240 mL orange juice
  • 360 mL cold green tea
  • 360 mL premium tonic
  • Grapefruit slices

Brunch Jar Batch Method:

  • Add all ingredients into the Belvedere Brunch Jar. Fill with ice. Stir to combine. Add ice to glasses. Ready to serve!
