TASTING NOTES:
Fresh and mineral
A beautiful pale gold colour.
Initial aromas of lightly buttered, baked pastry are followed by notes of pear, hazelnut and a hint of gingerbread.
On the palate, flavours of fruit such as guava, gooseberry and peach are complemented by the sweet spice notes of cinnamon and vanilla. The finish is fresh and mineral.

BLEND AND ORIGIN:
Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs
This 100% chardonnay cuvee is crafted from fruit sourced from the very different areas of Côte des Blancs (traditional chardonnay territory) and Montagne de Reims.
Côte des Blancs is located to the south and lends notes of fresh tropical fruit to the wine, while Montagne de Reims, which is further north, brings a more austere acidity.
The resulting blanc de blancs has powerful acidity and lightness that's elegantly balanced with supple and round fruit.
