Cocktail Time: Whisky Spritz
While traditionally thought of as a summertime drink, why not kick-start spring with this whisky-based spritz with a twist?
Here, the warm, citrus spice of Glenmorangie Original blended with fruity apricot brandy is freshened up by crisp bubbles from the soda and acidity from the sparkling wine. It’s the perfect tipple to welcome the spring sunshine.
HOW TO MAKE A WHISKY SPRITZ: THE STEP BY STEP RECIPE
- Pour the still ingredients into a wine glass and stir.
- Add large cubes of ice.
- Top up with the soda water and sparkling wine.

- 1 1/2 tsp apricot brandy
