Blend and Origin
Terrazas de los Andes Torrontés 2016
The grapes for this Torrontés come from the deep, sandy soils of Cafayate in Salta, around 1,800 metres above sea level. In 2016, cool weather delayed bud break, and following an early spring, frost caused natural thinning of the vines. The result is an elegant wine with intense floral aromas and good acidity.
Additional delivery charges may apply. This product can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age.
A green salad with grilled quince, yellow cherry tomatoes and white fish, with a scattering of sesame seeds, will complement the brightness of this wine.
As a main course, mango-glazed tofu or shrimp served with creamy coconut rice is a worthy match.
Serve a citrussy tangerine cheesecake for a zingy finale.
