Blend and Origin
Terrazas de los Andes Torrontés 2015
The vines for this vintage are grown 1,800 metres above sea level in the deep, sandy soil of the Cafayate. An earlier-than-usual spring in 2015 infused vines with brightness, and early ripening in grapes helped to deliver a more concentrated yet delicate wine with a marked balance between acidity and freshness.
Additional delivery charges may apply. This product can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age.
This wine’s strong fruit expression complements sweet, spicy and acidic notes. Try sushi, a white fish carpaccio or crisp Asian pickles to start.
As a main, opt for soy-marinated salmon or chicken satay served over coconut rice.
This torrontés is an ideal companion to a citrussy dessert such as satsuma cheesecake.
