  • Product Details

    Spicy, structured and complex, this elegant red wine comes from the Los Aromos vineyard, in Perdriel, an Argentinian district renowned for its high-quality cabernet sauvignon. Conditions in 2012 – a warm summer followed by a cool autumn – created a concentrated and silky cabernet sauvignon, and ageing in new French oak casks helped to develop its deep flavours.

    Single Vineyard Los Aromos Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

    For over 20 years, cabernet sauvignon grapes have been grown in the outstanding terroir of Los Aromos, on the southern bank of the Mendoza River. In 2012, mild frosts followed by zonda winds resulted in low yields but intense, concentrated grapes. The wine was aged between 16 to 18 months in new French oak barrels to develop its complex structure.
