Blend and Origin
Single Vineyard Las Compuertas Malbec 2013
Made from malbec grown 1,067 metres above sea level in the estate’s oldest vineyards, this red wine is infused by the remarkably dry and fresh conditions of 2013. The favourable weather provided a long ripening season and helped deliver healthy, juicy grapes with acidity and tension. An 16-to-28-month period in French oak barrels gave the wine a complex and elegant finish.
