Terrazas de los Andes Chardonnay 2015

Grapes from Uco Valley terroirs at altitudes of 1,250 metres lend freshness and vibrancy to this chardonnay. In 2015, a humid summer was tempered by average temperatures. Meticulous vineyard management ensured ideal grape ripeness. After partial fermentation in oak barrels and eight months of maturation, the wine reached its optimum elegance and balance.

Food pairing:
Light, fresh flavours complement the wine’s bright acidity

Try sautéed prawns with mango over a salad of bitter greens, goat cheese and toasted almonds. Grilled rock lobster tails will also work well.

Main

Opt for sweet yet savoury slow-braised pork shoulder with a pear and sweet potato purée, or poached salmon and fresh green beans.

Dessert

Finish with honey panna cotta and praline ice cream.
