Flavour Notes of Gin
Procera is made using undried Juniperus procera berries, which impart an earthy, nutty depth, along with nine other botanicals including Madagascan pink pepper and Moroccan orris root.
The fresh, African juniper berries used in Procera are sun-drenched and grown at high altitudes, 70km from the distillery in Nairobi, Kenya. The sun-drenched days and altitude creates berries that have deep and earthy flavours – something that sets the brand apart from other gin makers.
