Punch El Nacional with Eminente Reserva 7 Years

Punch is the perfect kind of drink for summer hosting, they can be made in large batches and are easy to prepare. And with the arrival of Eminente to our shelves we are excited to try a new take on punch with rum.

 

Punch El Nacional Recipe

INGREDIENTS (per single serving)

  • 50 ml EMINENTE Reserva
  • 5 ml Maraschino liqueur
  • 15 ml Pineapple juice
  • 10 ml Lime juice
  • 5 ml Simple syrup 1:1

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients in a carafe, then place it in the freezer.

Cut two slices of your pineapple and cut them in two parts.

Place the pineapple slices inside the punch bowl or jug as a garnish.

Put some ice cubes up until half of the bowl or jug.

Take the carafe out of the freezer and add the punch to your bowl or jug.

Cut some lime wheels and add them to your cocktail as garnish.

Fill rock glasses with cubed ice, and serve your punch. Then allow your guests to chose between 2 pineapple leaves or 1 pineapple slice as garnish.

Serve with a smile.
