    In a groundbreaking collaboration, Hennessy has teamed up with digital artist Refik Anadol to create a unique limited edition bottle inspired by sensory data from the maison's tasting committee.

    Anadol based his design on EEG recordings taken from each committee member during their evaluation of the eaux-de-vie destined for Hennessy V.S.O.P Privelège, revealing the decision-making behind 250 years of Hennessy cognac for the first time.

    Hennessy V.S.O.P

    The first V.S.O.P – and still a favourite throughout the world ­– Hennessy V.S.O.P is a reflection of the enduring expertise of the Hennessy Tasting Committee and the Master Blender. Made using a blend of eaux-de-vie that are between four and 15 years old, and mostly matured in seasoned French oak barrels, it finds the perfect balance between character and smoothness.

Signature cocktail:
Hennessy Refik Anadol Cocktail

Ingredients:
30 mL Hennessy V.S.O.P Privelège
10 mL Ginger syrup
75 mL Beetroot and rose mix
2 bar spoons edible dusting powder

For the beetroot and rose mix, juice 240 mL pre-cooked and cooled red beetroots and mix with 740 mL cold water and 20 mL rose water. Strain juice with a sieve.
Fill a Hennessy Old Fashioned glass with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into the glass and add the edible dusting powder. Mix with a bar spoon and serve.
