Five Secrets to a Successful Harvest

Harvest is a serious business; a critical time in the winery year, which is both stressful and exciting. In the Northern Hemisphere, it stretches from late summer to October and in the Southern Hemisphere from February to April. Once picked, the grapes will be pressed, clarified and slowly turned into wine of all styles.
