  • Product Details

Known as the dark jewels of Dom Pérignon, the maison's rosé champagnes are truly special. In the 2004 vintage pinot noir has been pushed to its limit, resulting in a champagne of great depth.

To produce a rosé champagne that is fruity, smoky and smooth takes immense skill; first to create the blend and second to age it well. This champagne has aged for 10 years on its lees for extra body.

The grapes for this vintage were sourced from all 17 of the region's grands crus vineyards and also from the premier cru site Hautvillers. The year offered a helpfully cool August and a hot dry heat in the final weeks of the harvest. A perfect balance of pinot noir (15%) and chardonnay (85%), this vintage has been aged for 10 years on the lees.
