Product DetailsBursting with richness and complexity, the 2003 is a structured and focused rosé. It is the encapsulation of a challenging year in which the pinot noir fared exceptionally well. Blend and Origin
Dom Pérignon Rosé 2003
The extreme weather of 2003 is something few in the Champagne region can forget. Winemakers at the time feared that the barrage of frost and hail, then scorching heat, might spoil the harvest, but the pinot noir in particular prevailed. One of the earliest harvests of the past 50 years resulted in this complete and concentrated champagne.

Indulgent pairings for a memorable rosé
Marinated wild sea bass topped with oscietra caviar, champagne jelly, pickled cauliflower and lemon confit will complement this vintage’s full-bodied flavours.
A meaty duck breast alongside onion carbonara and a fig cacao sauce are a worthy match. Or try crispy pork belly with grilled cabbage and an onion purée.
