    Cropped at very low levels from some of Cloudy Bay's finest vineyards in Marlborough, this Pinot Noir is opulent and aromatic with a silky palate revealing layers of dark red fruits and delicious toasty oak.

    Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir 2013

    The pinot noir grapes for this wine were sourced from carefully selected vineyards located within the southern Wairau Valley, including Cloudy Bay's Mustang and Barracks vineyards.The 2013 growing season was ideal; flowering was warm and sunny, leading to average crops with great vine balance. The wine matured for 12 months in French oak barrels, of whic approximately 40% were new.

Sweet and sticky pork ribs will bring out the oaky notes in this wine, while a lamb’s lettuce salad topped with savoury herbs and walnuts will complement its long finish.
