    Cloudy Bay’s Chardonnay 2014 finds a harmonious balance between fresh and rich, elegant and bold. This deliciously savoury wine gains further complexity from wild-yeast fermentation and ageing in oak.

    Great care in the vineyards and minimalist winemaking techniques preserve the concentrated fruit flavours of the chardonnay grapes in this fragrant, textured and finessed wine.

    Cloudy Bay Chardonnay 2014

    This 100% chardonnay is sourced from four Marlborough blocks, each vineyard bringing a unique flavour profile and structure. After a challenging harvest, the grapes were brought to the winery for a gentle pressing. The juice was barrel-fermented in French oak (18% new) with wild yeasts, then aged on lees for a year to acquire its creamy mouthfeel and spicy complexity.
