  • Blend and Origin

A blend of shiraz (66%) and cabernet sauvignon (34%) from Cape Mentelle’s Estate and Crossroads vineyards, this wine was made in a year of near-perfect conditions: moderate day and low night temperatures allowed the fruits to reach their optimum freshness and balance. Fermented in large oak vats, the wine was matured further in French barriques to add depth and complexity.
