    From younger vines flanking the Duero River, the tinta de toro grapes used to craft Termes 2015 benefited from persistent hot weather, developing a ripe juiciness and aromatic complexity.

    Bodega Numanthia Termes Tinta de Toro 2015

    The tinto de toro (100%) grapes, a cousin of tempranillo, for this wine were grown in the Valdefinjas, Morales de Toro, Toro and Venialbo vineyards. The 2015 vintage benefited from hot temperatures, and the grapes were juicy and aromatic at harvest time. The wine was aged in French oak (20% new) for 14 months, then in the bottle for a further 12 to develop balance.
