    To create this delicate and floral vodka, the finest rye is cultivated from a single estate in northern Poland. Lake Bartężek is left unfiltered to allow the lakeside terroir to shine through. The region’s soil and harsh climate encourage Belvedere’s Diamond Dańkowskie rye to develop a multi-layered character. The resulting vodka is surprisingly subtle, smooth and inviting.

    Belvedere Single Estate Rye Lake Bartęźek Vodka

    Named after a village in northeast Poland where winters are long and exceptionally cold, Lake Bartęźek Vodka bears the hallmarks of the area’s terroir: claylike soil rich in phosphorus and potassium. The rye grown here is distilled to create a vodka with an impressive spectrum of flavours, and which is left unfiltered to allow the distinctive rye to take the spotlight.


  • 50 mL Belvedere Lake Bartężek
  • 10 mL crème de pêche
  • 10 mL amontillado sherry
  • 5 mL green chartreuse
  • 1 dash of anise

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a stemmed glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
